This is a Frayer Model packet that I put together and have used in the past, but with greater results this time around. Since Wednesday classes are shorter and not suited for our usual workouts, I have been using the Wednesday meeting times to introduce new training techniques and approaches. The students spent the class period using the posters and machine plates in the Fitness Room to complete their packets (rather than completing as a take-home assignment). As a result, I received fully completed packets for grading purposes, AND the students now have a nice resource guide as they continue to expand their workouts.
